According to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, we inform you that:

A. DATA CATEGORIES: DICAF spa will process your personal data such as:
a. Data collected automatically. The computer systems and the applications for  the operation of this website detect, while operating, some data (their  transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) which can be  associated with identifiable users. The collected data includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file returned, the code number  of  the status of the server response of the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system, the browser and the IT environment used by the user. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, just to get  statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular performance. The provision of such data is compulsory as it is directly linked to the web surfing experience.
b. Data voluntarily supplied by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mails to the addresses specified in the different access channels of this site does not involve a request for consent and the possible compilation of specifically prepared forms require the subsequent acquisition of the address and data of the sender / user, necessary to respond to the requests produced and / or to supply the requested service. The voluntary sending, on Your part, of e-mails to our e-mail addresses does not need  further information or requests for consent. On the contrary, specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site arranged for particular services on request (form). So the  user must explicitly agree to the use of the data in these forms in order to send the request.
c. Cookies. The site uses technical and profiling cookies from third parties which may collect the users' surfing data; their provision is optional and it is possible only if a free and informed consent is given. Cookies work in order to analyze the effectiveness of the site and make it easier and more intuitive over time. 2. to use  the data reported in the contact e-mails received and in the forms to be able to send responses to specific requests;
3. to evaluate the users’ behaviour and adapt the content offer proposal according to their behaviour;

F. RECIPIENTS OF DATA: Within the limits related to the processing purposes specified, Your data may be disclosed to partners, consultancy companies, private companies, appointed as Managers by the Data Controller or for legal obligations or to fulfil your specific requests. Otherwise Your data will not be disclosed  in any way. The Data Processors and Data Processors in office are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated periodically.

G. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: The data collected is not subject to disclosure to third countries

H. PERIOD OF CONSERVATION: The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("conservation limitation principle", Article 5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines established within the law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

I. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: The interested party has always the right to request - from the Data Controller - access to your data, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of treatment or the possibility of opposing the treatment; to request data portability; to revoke the consent to the processing by asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simply communicating to the Data Controller. The interested party can also submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.

J. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL CONSENT: The provision of your data is compulsory - while surfing our website as to  points D.1 and D.2 of the abovementioned purposes - in order to allow the correct supply of the service. The confirmation of the consent for Your data for point D.3 is optional and will not compromise the provision of the service in any way.

K. DATA PROCESSING METHOD: The personal data You supply will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the abovementioned legislation and the privacy obligations which inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools ,  on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in accordance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to Article 5 par. 1 letter F of the GDPR.

DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits related to the processing purposes indicated, Your data may be disclosed to partners, consultancy companies, private companies, appointed as Managers by the Data Controller. Otherwise Your data will not be disclosed in any way. The Data Processors and Data Processors in office are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated periodically.
